Holding a Bachelor’s in Energy- and Resources Management, she has been inspired and motivated by sustainable policy making and the immense potential for greenhouse gas savings inherent in retrofitting our building stock.
Elli is a true jack of all trades, boasting over a decade of experience spanning sustainable politics and energy efficiency initiatives across Canada and Europe. With a rich background in non-profits, the public sector, and private companies, she thrives leading teams, fostering positive work cultures, and coordinating projects. Elli is known to be enthusiastic about delivering exceptional client service and effectively communicating energy efficiency concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Elena finds joy in competitive fastball softball, camping and hiking on Vancouver Island, always exploring new recipes and restaurants, attempting to brew beer and kombucha, and gardening.
