Gentlemen: it is with great appreciation that I thank FRESCO and Paul Ristow for their expertise in planning and designing a total rebuild of my 30 suite apartment boilers. We installed 2 IBC high efficiency units and a DHW storage tank. The layout was very intricate and required the engineering expertise of Paul to map it out. Chris Lum working with the FortisBC RAP Program assisted and was instrumental in obtaining a very favourable FortisBC rebate for us. FortisBC bills are showing a very good ROI.
