FRESCo has been leading energy efficiency and building retrofit initiatives since 2011.
We are a passionate team with experience in a wide variety of energy efficiency strategies. We offer a range of services related to energy efficiency and GHG reductions for multiple building sectors.
The company supports building owners/managers, utilities, local/provincial governments, First Nations, industry organizations, and non-profits. We have a proven track record for successfully integrating technical and practical considerations, finding synergies between stakeholder needs, and achieving results on challenging projects.
- FRESCo simplifies otherwise complex energy efficiency issues and brings order and clarity that delivers results. Our expertise is sought after by a wide variety of clients looking to upgrade end-of-life mechanical systems, decarbonize their buildings, reduce energy costs, and improve tenant comfort.
- Our engineering team has expertise in building energy assessments, energy benchmarking, feasibility studies, developing the business case for retrofits, electrical and mechanical design, procurement and retrofit implementation support, controls optimization, recommissioning, measurement and verification.
- Our programs and retrofit strategy team brings extensive experience with designing and delivering building retrofit programs and implementing leading-edge research to overcome retrofit barriers, identify new technologies and inform policies and training programs.
