FRESCo has worked with a variety of building types providing energy audits, engineering design, business cases, and implementing energy efficiency projects. Here are some highlights:
Market Rental Housing
FRESCo has supported over 1,000 rental apartment buildings with energy and water efficiency upgrades. This has saved owners millions of dollars in utility costs while reducing environmental impact.
Affordable Housing
FRESCo helps the affordable housing sector take advantage of cost-effective opportunities to improve energy efficiency and occupant comfort.
Hotels
FRESCo is able to offer FREE energy audits and support for the implementation of cost-saving upgrades, while accessing rebates for high efficiency equipment. This is made possible thanks to utility and government funding. Improving energy efficiency not only has a great ROI, but it also shows leadership as customers are increasingly looking to spend their dollars at companies that are reducing their environmental footprint.
Restaurants
FRESCo is able to offer FREE energy audits and implementation support to help reduce energy use and associated utility costs for restaurants. As part of this work, we can also help restaurants access rebates or incentives for a wide variety of upgrades. We have been able to bring this opportunity to restaurants as part of services we offer in conjunction with government or utility clients that fund projects to help improve the energy and water efficiency of the industry.
Office/Retail
FRESCo offers services to support the office and retail community improve their energy efficiency, building decarbonization and to save money! Offices and retail spaces can now get funding to reduce their environmental footprint and increase their ROI’s. Customized programs are available.
